Flagstaff Historic Southside District Location. 15 minute drive to Snow Bowl for excellent hiking and mountain biking. Walking distance to Breweries , Restaurants, Coffee, plus free onsite parking. Security gate provides a safe and secure location. The very best location in historic downtown Flagstaff. Our largest guest suite at 575 square ft. Open floor plan with TWO separate rooms. Can sleep up to six people. The suite offers a King Serta Mattress and Queen foam bed, plus sofa sleeper (queen size). Lots of natural night and windows. Blue pine hardwood floors. Amenities include 4K flat screen TV with Roku, Coffee maker, Microwave, Hair Dryer and complimentary water. Private parking allows guests to walk to downtown shops, dining, hiking, NAU and a short drive to Snow Bowl. Parking is limited to one car per unit. Pets permitted by pre-approval from owners, cost is a one time fee of $35 per Dog (2 max) Sorry no cats. We are located back from the street behind a safe and secure security fence.

We had a very nice stay at this property. The location is excellent, the unit was extremely clean and comfortable. I should have read the listing more closely to understand that there is no kitchenette, but we made do without. There is a refrigerator and microwave on premise. Parking was so easy, and we'd definitely stay here again!

Very Comfortable

We loved our stay. The locagtion is very central and close to downtown and all the shops and restaurants. The place itself was spacious and cozy. The bed is incredibly comfortable.

Great location, great communication, comfy beds Would love a long mirror and some extension cords behind the beds and the tv in the front room…can’t see it when laying in bed. Other than that the place is great.

Good not great

The place is nice and is in a great location. Had an issue at check in with being given the wrong wifi router and password. There’s no reception with atnt so had to walk up the street to remediate this with the host. The host was responsive to fix the issue. Only half the place has AC from a window unit so one part of the place remained hot during most of the day. It was a high of 93 those 2 days. Place DOES NOT have a kitchen. Prepare to eat out!

My family enjoyed staying in this quaint little condo located in downtown Flagstaff. We were easily able to explore downtown Flagstaff while also visiting family for Thanksgiving. Thank you for allowing pets, that helped us enjoy our trip even more. Thank you so much!! I would definitely recommend this cozy condo.

Everything was perfect. Location, communication with host, check in (they give you the information in advanced instead of same day like most hosts do). And check out was amazing because they didn’t make us clean everything before we leave. I would 100% stay here again.

Really nice property that is walking distance to everything in downtown Flagstaff. Owners are very nice. Place is cozy and a great home-base for a visit to Flagstaff.

Great flagstaff location

Easy to walk around town. Pretty much within 10 minutes to all restaurants and bars. Also close to NAU if visiting your student. This was our second stay at this property and would come back for sure.

Cute and comfy and you can’t beat the location!

Like everyone said, the location is unbeatable! The beds were comfy and warm and the place had everything you need and nothing you don’t (except maybe paper towels ;). I had to contact the owners because regarding check in (I couldn’t find the email…my fault) and they were responsive, friendly, kind and helpful. Flagstaff is such a fun town and with the snow as an added bonus, it was a magical trip!

Getting to know Flagstaff

Flagstaff trip

We had to leave after 1 day bc the storms in Scottsdale caused a leak in our roof. We also didn’t realize there was not a kitchen.
