As soon as you enter the suite, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, with modern furnishings and tasteful decor. The living area features a comfortable full-size futon/couch, perfect for accommodating extra guests, as well as a 4K TV and a selection of games to keep you entertained during your downtime.
The studio boasts a plush king size bed with high-quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. A pack-n-play is available upon request for infants.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, including a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster oven/air fryer, induction cooktop, and coffee maker. You'll also find a selection of dishes and utensils for your convenience. We provide fresh coffee, tea, breakfast bars and a bottle of wine!
The suite is located in the peaceful Coconino Estates neighborhood with access to the Flagstaff Urban Trail system and a playground just steps away. Whether you're here for business or pleasure, you'll love coming back to this luxurious and serene oasis after a long day of exploring.

While soundproofing measures have been installed, there is a family with children in the main house and you may occasionally hear some household noise.
There is no smoking or vaping allowed on the property.
Max. 3 guests, additional guests will incur a charge of $50/night. This includes infants and children.

Absolutely loved this place! Perfect location for Snowbowl with a super easy drive up the mountain. The place felt warm and welcoming, and we loved how homey it was. The bed was super comfortable, and everything was very clean. Would definitely stay again!
