Enjoy movie night curled up in the front of the fire, or watch the snow fall from the bedroom window! This modern retreat is stocked will brand new everything for a stress free time for you and your loved ones. Only 10 minutes from downtown and NAU! Far enough to get away from it all, close enough to enjoy it when you want to!

***Home does NOT have a/c but is equipped with central heating for winter months***

Parking available in front of the condo communal parking area


*For all stays 10 nights or longer, the cleaning fee will be double the regular amount for a deep clean after guest departure.*

*If there is an amenity that is out- of -order that is advertised in the Home’s listing, that is not available to you due to unforeseen circumstances. A 10% reimbursement of the base rate will be offered as compensation

*Late departure fine is $35 per every 15 minutes.
-No Smoking: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00
-$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour.
-Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee
-No Parties: We have a strict "No-party policy". Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately.
-pet fee: We do allow pets for an additional fee. Please ensure your pet is included in your reservation details upon bookings.
