This was a perfect location for a spring break getaway! The property was quiet, clean, and had very welcoming staff. We especially enjoyed the bicycle rental service and the daily continental breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!

Five star staff who were so helpful & provided excellent dining recommendations. Beautiful property, close to a quiet stretch of beach. The rooms are beautifully designed with comfy beds & linens. Very nice selection of toiletries & bathrobes. Unfortunately, the fireplaces weren’t working & the property is lacking some general maintenance, but still a nice stay. The cafe & lounge area is super cute with a nice selection of breakfast treats, including GF options, but juice nor mimosas were not available during my stay. The pool deck is small but well appointed, a bit slippery though so, watch your step.

Property was clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. They provided a free “continental” breakfast of muffins and banana bread. Option to purchase a full cooked breakfast. Room is equipped with a mini fridge with purchasable snacks and they offer complimentary water and coffee. Was a nice overnight get away. Walkable restaurant to the south was not great.

Great location for a couple to relax. Excellent service, great bathroom and shower, great bedding- nice and quiet when we were there. You can walk to local restaurants in 15 mins or Flagler beach in 45 mins. Great food options in Flagler beach. Would recommend and definitely stay at again. Thanks!

Although the property was nice the coffee pot in our Suite was broken and after 3 attempts to reach staff I was told there wasnt anything they could do. We stayed in Suite 1 and there was a large crack in the ceiling immediately above the bed. Tub was dirty. Snacks weren't ever delivered.

A great spot with private beach away from Any crowd. Stayed in #5 and would do it again. Room great with the attitude that they aim to please in quiet relaxed environment. Right on A1A easy to access and explore from. Great break from the bigger, less personal rental properties

DON'T PASS THIS PLACE UP!!!
I'm so thankful I read the reviews as this place was a 10+++++. From the beautifully decorated/renovated rooms to the hospitality to the location to the quiet and chill environment to the pool and Zen garden to the free use of beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, bikes to the happy hour gathering to the free continental breakfast with HOMEMADE goodies and special brewed coffee made just for ICI ... it has it all! We stayed in Suite #5 and loved it. We were here for events in Daytona and the distance away from the chaos further south was just perfect. The town Flagler Beach is less than 5 min away and is so charming with amazing restaurants and seafood! We will definitely be back again and look forward to trying another one of the suites here. (They are all different so please view pictures carefully.) Definitely book this place ... you won't be disappointed!

This is a quick, broad-stroke overview of our stay at the Island Cottage Inn. Our beachfront stay was a fantastic getaway. The combination of a pristine environment, breathtaking views, a well-maintained pool and rooms, and a friendly staff made it a memorable experience. With the addition of an ice machine, this already exceptional property could offer an even more convenient and enjoyable stay for all its guests.

Not having an elevator made it a challenge to get luggage up the spiral stairs. Also being it’s extremely hot the mini split AC did not keep the room as cold as we would’ve liked. We did bring a personal fan which definitely helped. The room and bathroom were very nicely decorated and modern. Close to restaurants and town.

What a unique property. Have no doubts booking here. Very relaxing, everything you need for the beach and well accommodated. Dex and co. are very friendly and very happy to assist. Property is directly across from beach access, and the town is old Florida, which is so lovely. Very few high rises and many great looking low rise rentals. We truly appreciated the small town beach feel and all the local vibes. Great pool, breakfast, cleanest accommodations ever, and just a really serene place to stay. Saw manatees, stingrays and lots of wildlife. Take a long weekend, drive the oceanside drive, and just let yourself get away and put away your phone. Many great local restaurants and shops. You guys have a piece of paradise and we will be back. Thanks much.
