Totally false advertisement, nothing is like it said. No one on property to check you in or most of the days/ nights. Both the pools were dirty and unusable. Most disappointing place i have ever been.

There was no staff on site whatsoever…like at all...during our stay. The grounds seemed unkept. Lots of potential here, but it almost seemed abandoned. Our bed sheets were changed and made, but there was a general dirtiness to the room. We talked with the only other guest there and they said the same. It seems crazy that this place is wide open and unlocked with no real staff there. Location is good, but this is no “resort”. Not a one star place but they should feel lucky to get my 3.
