"It was cold during our stay and although we turned the heat up the room remained cold. The temperature must have been preset to a maximum number. That was disappointing. The room was clean and we had a nice view. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the staff at the coffee shop were kind and helpful. There is an upgrade charge for a referegator and a microwave, which is standard in every other hotel/motel we have stayed. I don't feel there should be an upgrade charge for needed items. "

"Do not stay here! Nasty rooms all the way around and I’m not a complaining type of person. Paid for 8 nights (My bad) and learned my lesson to never book a room for this long. We ended up leaving after 3 nights because of the tweezers living in the room next to us. This place is really gross. Julia the receptionist was very kind though. "

"I’ve stayed here a couple of times but this time there was no hot water. I was told it was because so many people were staying there. That shouldn’t be an issue. I understand things happen but this seemed to be an ongoing issue after talking to some of the others who were staying there. I love the location but I expect hot water when I’m paying for room."

"My first room already had someone in it. My second room was by the stairs which I specifically asked not to be near. When I told the staff all I got was, “sorry, we will train our staff better “. "

"The lobby staff was great and very polite. While they originally gave us a room near their “condemned area” that was taped off with caution tape. When I went back and said that I was not comfortable in an area under construction in that manner, she was very quickly able to give me another room in a different area of the property."
