"We reserved a king size bed 4 months ago. When we checked in, they didn't have one. They offered 2 queens for the same price. Four months should have been enough time to let us know they didn't have what we reserved. The carpets in the public areas needed vacuuming and/or a good cleaning. The bases of the lamps in the room were dirty. There was no clock. The tv and remote were confusing. Staff were friendly."

"After waiting 15 minutes for the previous couple to check in due to the credit card machine not working, the incompetent desk clerk advised me that she could not give me the room I reserved and paid for in advance because the computer said I stole 2 pillows on a visit in 2015. I have never stayed in this hotel prior to 2022, but she insisted the computer has flagged me for stealing. I explained that I stayed there six days earlier, but got nowhere with this person. I did not get a room and had to find another hotel."
