"The rooms smelled like cigarette smoke and pot. The outdoor pool was closed and we couldn’t even sit outside by the pool on a nice day because the staff said we weren’t allowed to due to state regulations. The gym had one treadmill and it was out of order and almost half of the free weights were missing. Intended on working out while we were there but not possible. The ice machine on the fifth floor where we were staying was also out of order. On a positive note, the hotel is in a great location and staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean."

"Super creepy area! Did not feel safe one minute. Always people outside the hotel just hanging out even at 4am."

"I entertained 10 guests for my brother's funeral. I paid for all rooms in advance. We also had a memorial dinner in Jimmy Vs restaurant and the staff was very attentive. Everyone had an enjoyable stay."

"The big link sausage didn’t taste quite right. But like the other items. Toilet paper was really to thin. Also I use a cane and it was really hard to use the restroom. Had to go to level 1 all the time to use the restroom. But outside of this it’s a very nice hotel. I would recommend it and stay there again. "

"Clean, comfy room, if a bit worn. Couldn't get the wifi to work at all the entire stay. Good place to sleep, that's about it."

"The room was clean but had only one very small trash can and we kept having to empty our trash which was annoying ! Upon check in I realized that I left my neck support pillow at home and I asked front desk for a couple extra pillows and he looked at me like that was such a huge request and said I don't have the lined closet key tell housekeeping in the morning. Also the ice machine didn't work and I asked for a couple extra towels and he again looked like it was a huge bothersome request and I said nevermind we're going to walmart and we will pick some up there . Overall it was a below average stay and I don't recommend and will not be returning !"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. Convenient location, the staff was incredibly nice, it was great having free hot breakfast included every morning and around the clock coffee, and every part of the facility felt extremely clean and well capped. I would definitely recommend!"

"Great staff and very helpful. Breakfast was very good. I would like to see the exercise room get free weights for guests to use. Bar bells, curling bells would be a great start."
