"This is a great resort with one BIG exception. Their WiFi does not work. As an IT professional I can tell that they have an outdate system with not enough capacity. It routinely kicks people off when it is at capacity, crashes routinely and is invisible much of the time. Comments, suggestions, complaints by me and other guests were not responded to. As I needed to do work from here, it turned out to be impossible to attend zoom meeting, submit documents and connect by email. Very frustrating in this day and age that a luxury hotel has unreliable internet."

I went to with my sister to celebrate my 40th birthday, no plans, no expectations. Once the team heard the reason for my trip they sprung into action making it a very memorable trip. Special thanks to the entire team but I have to call out Dianna, Iveno, Chef Ordel and Manager Lorne. These folks made me feel welcome and went above and beyond their normal duties.
