Spontaneous LA trip, stayed here for the weekend. Property is located in a nicer area of LA county. Only 15- 20 minuets from downtown. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby.
Property exterior/interior was clean. The staff was friendly. The room was a standard sized hotel room. The room we stayed in was on the first floor. The bathroom floor looks like it was coming apart and some areas where you stepped seems as if your foot would go through the floor (this should be fixed). Our room was close to the elevator so all day/night long you the the rumbling of whatever was powering the elevator. Gym was small. Breakfast was ok, they had the same thing everyday. Also room where the served breakfast was small only had 4 tables, we had to bring food back toour room a few times during our stay.
I would definitely stay here again on short trips if priced right.

Interesting hotel as it was in an old mill town. we had a second level room- with a bridge access. Room got hot at night and could not figure out how to open the windows but it did have a nice fan.
