Came to celebrate my partners birthday and the staff went absolutely above and beyond to make it extra special, it really put a smile on our faces and made the trip so much more memorable (in the best way!), we are so beyond grateful.

Best Western Plus Milford Hotel
Staff were excellent - personable and efficient. Nice room - good size and decor. Facilities were fine but we didn’t use all of them. The disappointing factors were being charged to park at the hotel - couldn’t find this in the hotel booking! - and no one had cleaned the fridge - someone’s food left ...
