Place needs attention. The room had the heat and cool buttons reversed, the toilet wouldn’t flush and the bed frames were metal so every time you foot accidentally came in contact with it, it made a loud bang. Coffee machine for breakfast didn’t appear to be working correctly.

We had guests prior to your stay in the room you occupied as well as immediately after your departure having no issue with the room's toilet or bed. For breakfast, we serve our guests, and no staff or other guests made reference to the coffee machine not working correctly. We do wish you had come to the front desk with any concerns.

Rooms are not soundproof. The smell from the amount of bleach and other chemicals really punches you in the face right when you walk in the lobby. The rooms were no different. Overwhelmingly gross. Gave us both a horrible headache! It was fine otherwise.

The manager was very nice as the clerk but the place was in the middle of repairs so the halls smelled of chemicals, I had to be moved around three times so that I wasn’t exposed to the smell. The rooms heating unit was very loud and kept me up when it kicked on. Besides that it was clean and thr employees where helpful.

One Night Stay
My reservation was made quick & easy on Hotels.com. I arrived at the location for check-in & all I had to show was my ID, then off I when to my room. The was Clean and Organized (just like the pics online). My only complaint was that the coffee table top was wobbly (I couldn't put a drink on it). Other than that 1 mishap, my stay was Great!

A solid and affordable hotel. Great staff interactions. The breakfast is a standard cheap fare (but free!). The location is great for a lot of adventures in the region. Lots of restaurants, theaters etc in the immediate area too.

Staff not very friendly at the front desk when I checked in she seemed like she had an attitude. My friend left her ring on the table next to the bed and we called 2hrs after leaving when she realized she didn’t have it and they told us it wasn’t any ring in the room which is a lie because no one else went in the room except housekeeping

The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned correctly in a year. Dead flies by window, bed linens smelled musty, couch dirty and stained. Tub had so much grime I couldn't even lysol wipe it clean to have a bath. Floor had crumbs and dust chunks. Lobby was not clean either. Nowhere to sit for breakfast.

Great place for a basic stay for business or a night away from the kids with the wife. Staff all around was good to excellent. The man working the front desk during the morning of November 11th 2023 was especially nice. We had checked out before 11am and my wife needed to use a restroom. This gentleman was very nice and allowed her to use their own bathroom. Very much appreciated him.

From check in to check out, everything was excellent! Friendly staff, safe all around. Comfortable bed, all very clean! I am a female who stayed by myself, and felt very at ease and peaceful here. Breakfast was a plus with eggs sausage, toast, bagels, cream cheese, pastries, yogurt, great coffee, make your own waffles.. and the price was not bad! I would definitely return when I need to spend time alone to recharge!

This was a last minute over night stay on a Saturday. Was happy to find a hotel room under $200. The rate we paid was fair for the hotel room. Check in/out was smooth. When entering the room the door was jammed and the toliet wasn't working. We just dealt with it. Again, you get what you paid for and it was fine for one night.

Both the guests who occupied the room before and after you didn't report any issues with entering the room. Similarly, if there were any problems with the toilet, we wish you had contacted the front desk. As of now, we haven't received any complaints, but we would have been more than happy to address and resolve any concerns you might have had.

Absolutely disappointed with this hotel experience. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and creaked every time we moved. The guests down the hall were screaming in their room and in the halls, and beating on our door. The room was dirty and smelled terribly. After three hours, we packed our bags and left. A complete waste of nearly $200.

Our room was right off the lobby and you could hear everyone dragging their suitcase by our room. Also staff would talk loudly in front of my door later at night while i was trying to sleep. I asked them to stop but they continued. The door was very difficult to open, everyone had to ise blunt force to open the door as it was very stuck. My elderly mom was unable to open it herself if she needed to leave the room for something. Tried to get coffee at the breakfast and the machine was only producing slightly brown water, needed more grounds but no one around to ask.

It is an older hotel. Rooms are small. Breakfast does not start till 7 which is later than most. Desk attendant was not very fry and seemed put out.

This was Three Stars on website?!?! FALSE ADVERTISING! I’ve stayed at a Wyndham and this was just gross, yes GROSS! This was worse than a 1 star. The online presence made it a 3 stars … it was so old, creepy, noisy, smelled like cheap cleaning products, lighting bad, elevators on it’s last leg, location bad I could go on but I want to move on. Wyndham should be ashamed.
