The Cottage features a unique layout with two ground-level entrances, one for each floor. The living room, kitchen, and dining area are located on one level, with sliding glass doors to covered porch with rocking chairs. The bedrooms and full bathroom are on the upper level, which opens directly to the covered porch.
The porch overlooks a rolling, manicured meadow—an idyllic spot for reading, spotting deer or wild turkeys, or enjoying outdoor activities like frisbee or kite flying.
