"The resort was beautiful and very well maintained, the staff were accommodating and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed or asked for. My only negative would be to make access to links/online information for room service, and restaurant menus. I spent too much time trying to navigate to find these things based on the flyers I was given at check in. For visitors who are not computer savvy, this is very challenging. But other than that, would love to come and stay again."

"Yes, I could pick this place apart, but really, for one night it was clean and adequate. I didn't expect a palace. The worst part was that Cambridge -the whole town - reeks of skunk. Not the hotel's fault"

"When I arrived I found my room had a brand new TV, even the remote batteries needed installation. However, since it was new, it wasn't programmed to the hotel, so it was useless. The front desk called maintenance but no one arrived. The switched rooms for me. The new room had a sink drain that was clogged. That was taken care of successfully. The rest of my stay was good. Breakfast was very good."

"The house was perfect for us. It was super clean, the beds were all comfortable, and there was plenty of comfortable furniture to gather on. We appreciated that toilet paper, soap, dish soap, coffee filters, etc. were provided. The location was idyllic and serene. It was like staying in an Andrew Wyeth painting. It was the perfect place to have the family gather to cheer on our Ironman!"

"Everything was good, standard hotel/motel stuff: little coffee pot, mini-fridge, microwave, tv,a/c - everything worked as expected, furniture, carpeting, lights, bathroom all looked newish and everything was very clean. Desk folk were pleasant, didn’t have much interaction. The big plus is the location, right by a huge marina (if you like looking at boats) and the Calvert Marine Museum- combines natural history and the commercial history of the area, has the Drum Point lighthouse (you can tour) and a boat tour of Patuxent Harbor, plus fossils, river otters, fish. Calvert Cliffs / Flag Pond parks are a 10 minute drive if you want to dig for fossils yourself. So: comfortable place, very reasonably priced, close to all sorts of stuff; definitely worth it."
