"We have stayed here multiple times and will keep coming back! Kelly is a great host, communicates well and is very flexible. Love the wide open spaces for the dogs to play and use of the pontoon boat is such a huge plus."

"The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. Did not use the on site laundry, but it was conveniently located— as was parking. My only complaint would be that the listing suggested soundproofing in the rooms, which was not the case. We could hear pretty much everyone around us, but it did not spoil our visit"

"We had a great time! It was a small, stocked, rustic cottage for a nice affordable getaway. It reminded me of a cabin i went to as a kid with its quirks and a slight slant! The property was beautiful and quiet. We utilized the fire pit. We do wish the windows had curtains and the beds were more comfortable but overall was good for a few days away. Also know there’s no beach on big sand lake so the closest beach was at clear lake 20 min away."

"The cabin is spacious for a 2 bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, pots/pans, mixing bowls, etc. Smart TV and internet worked great, but our cell service (T-Mobile) was weak. The screen porch is as great as it looks. There was a propane grill with an extra tank. The cabin was very clean, communication with the host was quick and check-in went smoothly. The lake, when we were there in early July, was very clear and we caught some nice sunfish from the dock. The only downsides were that it was too weedy to swim from the dock, and if you have mobility issues, I counted 60 stairs between the dock and the top of the deck.Sitting by the fire pit with a coffee over looking the lake each morning was a treat. If you want a cabin retreat with all the comforts of home, this place is great."

"The home is beautiful and nicely decorated with very nice furniture. The kitchen has everything that we needed and even some extra coffee :-). The rooms were very comfortable and clean like the rest of the house. We also found that it was very convenient to the Frederick and Siren areas. Very Nice."
