"I will never stay here again. We arrived AFTER CHECK IN and was told our room wasn’t ready.. ok no biggy I guess. TWO HOURS LATER, was told they found us a room and said some boxers came in and wanted rooms and basically gave mine away! ALLLL NIGHT and when I mean ALL night I mean it, it sounded like a wrestling match all around us! I called and went down there and kept being told “I’ll talk to them”… I almost did my self! Finally got to sleep after 1am! Woke up at 7 to get breakfast at 730 before these boxers woke up… mid breakfast.. it was ok, the waffle maker either wasn’t hot enough or the batter was to thin bc it ended up raw 4 times! I tried 4 damn times! And was just told “ ya it hasn’t been working”. Ummmm what?! Sad part when we checked out no one cared about how awful our stay was, even though I’m a staybridge club member. Will never stay there again !"

"The room was damp, smelled of mold, and was so bad that we simply had to leave before we even stayed the night! We would have asked for another room, but this hotel along with all the other surrounding areas were booked. We just travelled all the way home. It was that bad!"

"Bathroom was not clean, and the paint in the bathroom was peeling. Beds were hard as a rock. Walls very thin and could hear people in the halls all night. Toaster was broken and didn't work for bagels in the morning. Juice was watery and didn't taste right. When it was time to check out, there was a basket by the front desk that said to just drop your room card in and no one around. I didn't feel comfortable doing that, so I had to wait for 15-20 minutes for the desk clerk to come back."

"My family of 6 travels ALOT, and this hotel has made its way to one of the worst we have ever stayed at in a list of many! Paid for a 2queen suite with pullout couch. Made sure our room had a bath tub for our little children. We were given a room on the second floor. In the evening as we were preparing for bed we noticed the ceiling was leaking directly onto the bed and the foot of the mattress was soaked. Front desk moved us to two separate rooms (dividing our family, children and shared luggage) stating that they were full so these were the only rooms they could offer and to speak to a manager in the morning about compensation as we were not getting what we paid for. So late at night as we were all headed to bed we instead packed up all our belongings and moved. Not to mention we were now traveling up and down from floor 1 to 3 to reach eachother with clothes/toiletries/etc. Next morning — we can hear the manager behind the desk talking but are told she was in a meeting. Said we would be waiting to meet with her before leaving for the day. Front desk then tells us we have to clear one of the rooms and move all our stuff to one room (with one king size bed) for 6 people, as the other room was held for someone else. No concern for the customers already there that did not have a room. So then our morning was further delayed as we packed up AGAIN. The manager magically became available after that to assure us she would find us a room “somewhere”"
