"We came looking for a camping spot for the solar eclipse. Our site was tucked away at the end of a huge field on a small peninsula with a running river nearby. The camping was amazing, the ground was nice and soft for our tents and we could build the campfire up with an endless supply of firewood. The stars were on full display as there wasnt much light pollution in this area. Taking a splash in the fast and cool river was a highlight. "The building from the outside gives you some pondering about this site. Once inside you find two nice bedrooms with large coatracks. The upstairs has 4 beds and all beds were very comfortable Each room has a TV. The common room serves as the relaxing and dining area. There are 4 folding tables that made eating easy. There were 3 adults and 4 kids in our group. And it worked very well. We found the place clean and will definitely make it our first choice for next years trip. "
