"They're not kidding about the lack of cell service - which played very much to my advantage when I got to tell the boss in all honesty that I could not be contacted. Meanwhile, the Starlink internet holds up nicely for productivity and gaming, so digital relaxation remains a possibility. Lots of space heaters for cold days, but still perfectly cool on the warm ones. Owners are fantastic and a wealth of knowledge about the area. Amazing and eclectic library - you could spend months here just reading, as I wish I could have. Would be happy to return someday."

"Old hotel in need of upgrades. Front outdoor awning in falling. Check in staff very nice. Coffee bar looked OK but we didn’t use it. Our room was noisy. Noise from adjoining room. A/C and heating system VERY noisy. Bedding sheets did not appear to changed from prior guests. Toilet seat damaged. Bath tub stained/dirty. Toilet seat paint chipped. It’s past time for a remodel."

"We did not have the opportunity to use the hot tub but it looked very inviting! The home was nicely appointed and very pet friendly! We throughly enjoyed our time thereand highly recommend staying there!"
