COVID 19 INFORMATION:
Here are the steps we have taken to ensure your trip is safe and enjoyable:
• Hired an extra cleaner to spend on average 30% more time than before to comprehensively clean our home.
• Using approved disinfectant products and a more stringent regimen for cleaning common surfaces such as doorknobs, handles, countertops, and light switches.
• Installed two automatic hand sanitizer stations, one when you enter the front door and one outside of the garage entrance.
• Installed HEPA air purifiers that trap a high percentage of airborne irritants, allergens and reducing any harmful germs.
• Check-In requires no person-to-person contact. Directions and Information are forwarded by email for Check-In and Check-Out procedures.

This 4 bedroom, 4 and 1/2 bath newly built and newly furnished townhome is in the heart of Fish Creek. The Bluffs at Cottage Row Court is an exclusive private community of exceptional residences at the foot of Door County's landmark bluff overlooking the historic village of Fish Creek. Enhanced by local fieldstone and top detailing, this townhome has three levels with an elevator at the garage level. All four bedrooms have a full bath and there are three decks, including an oversized 4 season room leading to the back deck with outdoor furniture and gas grill for outdoor entertaining. There are two large entertaining family rooms on the ground level and first floor with cable TV, one for the kids and one for the adults. This townhome has more than 3500 square feet of space and has every upgrade imaginable, including granite kitchen counters, 10 feet ceilings, stainless steel appliances and a two car garage. Enjoy luxurious living coupled with a perfect location in the best town in Door County.

Great condo and location!

A group of family of friends went up to Fish Creek for a long weekend. This was the perfect place to stay where we didn’t need to have anyone drive anywhere. The living room and dining room are large enough to fit our group, so everyone could be together and the four bedrooms and downstairs living room were great to be able to separate while sleeping. We will be back!

Girls weekend

There were 9 of us girls that came to Door County for a four day weekend. The location was perfect and the house was absolutely beautiful! Thank you for helping make it memorable. We will definitely be back.

The perfect place to gather and reconnect. Large warm spaces for a party of eight to sit and talk as a group as well as numerous other nooks to engage in small talk or just take some time away to enjoy the Niagara Escarpment, located a mere - and stunning - 15 feet away!

Sibling Weekend

We love staying at this property. This is our 3rd year. It is just as advertised. It is so clean. The rooms are very large. There is so much room to spread out yet areas to get together. The location right in Fish Creek allows you to walk righ downtown. I recommend this to any group looking to stay in Door County.

overall, a beautiful place to stay for a big family, to be all together. windows were dirty, many lower traffic areas were dusty. location couldn't be better for walking everwhere in fish creek.

The property itself is BEAUTIFUL, roomy, well stocked and very nicely furnished. The beds were comfortable and the configuration of beds was perfect for our group. We loved that each bedroom has an en-suite. We could have used a few more directions regarding the operation of the elevator but we figured it out and that turned out to be a very handy feature. The location is perfect; within walking distance of local shops and central to the other Door County locations we visited. The only negative is we were unable to get a response from the property manager when we had a question about using a feature in the amazing walk-in shower and when we reported some small damage that we didnt want to get charged for. Other than that, no complaints and many praises!

Sibling Reunion

This is the second year staying at this property. It is wonderful. The location is right in the middle of Door County so it's easy to get anywhere in Door County. It is right off the main street of Fish Creek so you can walk anywhere. It is very clean. There are plenty of rooms and beds for adults. The elevator is really nice if you have anyone with limited mobility. We just can't say enough about this property. It has a lot of very nice outdoor spaces as well as indoor spaces to spread out. I would recommend this to anyone looking to spend any time in Door County.

Door County Family Vacation

Great location and size for our group of 8. Excellent amenities and up to date. Two other properties were rented for our large family gathering and we got the luck of the draw with this one! The only reason this was not rated 5 was that there were enough small things such that I couldn't honestly give a 5. However, Kurt was either in the process of fixing things that he knew about, or if he hadnt known, then he had a plan so it would not happen in the future. These little things did not affect our stay and we would definitely stay here again.

Incredible Condo

This is an incredible 3 story condo, with the feel of a house. Don't worry about the stairs, there is an elevator to transport yourself or whatever you packed to the upper floors. We were a group of 8 ladies that have been staying in Door County for over 20 years. This place has a great location, wonderful amenities and all the comforts of home. The owner communicates with you and has a great manager that addresses any immediate issues! This is a PLUS when looking for a place to vacation. We will make reservations for fall of 2024 to stay at the Heart of Fish Creek. That is the best review any property can receive!!

Great house for large family gatherings

The property is very roomy and comfortable and has all the amenities you could want. I had a cast on during this trip and the elevator was a real lifesaver as the house is 3 stories and all three are required. Only negative: for the price, I don’t think the renters should have to strip the beds and wash the sheets or empty all the garbage cans into one bag in the garage. It makes getting out at 10 am on the morning of your departure very challenging. This is very common in Door County so may not bother other people.
