"We usually have a good experience at Embassy, so I generally pay extra to book there rather than any other 3 star hotel. However my most recent visit was not good. The floor in the bathroom felt sticky, there was a 10 inch yellow stain in the center of the sheets on one of the beds that was extremely gross. When we pulled out the couch mattress, there where crumbs over the sheets and we noticed a carpet beetle on the bed. Also, the AC would not kick in unless turned down to 71 which made the room too cold. At 74 the room felt stuffy and warm. There was no in-between because AC would not kick in at 72 or 73, though it was blowing air, just not cold air. Overall the stay was disappointing and not what I had expected."
