This"fisherman's hut" had been renovated to include air conditioning, nice bathrooms and hot water,comfortable beds, convenient electric plugs. They include coffee and bottled water. "Loved this resort! We stayed for a few days and enjoyed the beach, the boat rides, private balcony, car service, on-premise restaurants, bars, pool, and massages. "The property is beautiful and clean. Milos is such a tiny island that we were a quick drive to everything. My only complaint was that some of the amenities from the listing were not available (washing machine and coffee maker). This normally would not be an issue, but we had planned to do laundry during the middle part of our trip. *Keep windows closed and AC on to keep bugs out of villa. "
"Our family of 4 rented the 2 bedroom at Summer Residence from 6/18/25-6/20/25. The stay was wonderful. The front patio has a gorgeous view of the southern coast of the island. The bedrooms were very comfortable with AC in both. The bathroom was large by Greece standards. This is a great option if you want to stay somewhere away from the bustle of the port area. If you’re renting a car or ATV, this is easily accessible and a short 10 min ride. I was nervous based on another recent review, but I highly recommend. "
