"The staff was incredibly kind and helpful! I needed to check in a few hours early since I was attending a wedding at 5 PM and regular check-in wasn’t until 4 PM. The front desk went above and beyond to accommodate me, and I was so thankful they made it happen. The room was beautiful, and strolling around the hotel truly felt like a vacation within a vacation. I’d recommend this hotel again and again—and I’ll definitely be back! "

"La Copa is where I stay when I am visiting my family in McAllen in South Texas. It is next to the La Plaza mall with amazing shops, especially good around Black Friday sales and a varied food hall. One member of staff that stood out was Hector who was night manager when I arrived. Due to multiple delays on American Airlines we got the McAllen at 11:45 pm and by the time we got our luggage is was well past midnight and THERE WERE NO TAXIS! I called the hotel and spoke to Hector saying I was stuck at the airport and he arranged an Uber car to collect me on his account. I was collected in less than 15 minutes and eventually got to the hotel very late but safely! My room was very clean and comfortable. Thanks again to Hector!"
