"This property is beautiful! The room was clean and had everything we needed for our quick stay. We enjoyed drinks and dinner in the hotel bar. The only drawback to this property is the neighborhood. "

"Really wouldn’t recommend staying here for the price. The room stank the whole time meaning we left the windows open (that were open on our arrival so clearly they knew) which then meant the traffic from 7am woke us. The kettle was full of mould, as was the fridge. The shower had a door taken out and stood inside the shower meaning we didn’t want to use it for fear of it slipping and breaking or the obvious spill of water to the surrounding area. And the spas on the advertised bath spa were not working and it was pretty dirty to begin with. 2 star property at best. I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels and would not expect the standard given here for the price paid and star rating. "

"Clean, spacious, minimal issues with internet connection, staff very nice, was not aware the room was going to be upstairs and have no view, but that could be an issue with Wotif, not the venue itself. Fabulous water pressure on shower. "

"Very good hotel, good cleanliness, polite staff. We stayed in the "Ocean view room" and loved it. Excellent ambience with the constant sight of the beach from our room Even the decor in the Reception and above the stairs was beautiful. We received a complimentary sparkling wine to celebrate hubby's birthday and our anniversary, which was very thoughtful and a pleasant surprise. Would highly recommend staying in this hotel. Our only suggestion to the hotel would be to change the carpets in the rooms and the entire hotel. "

"Poor room service that’s right there wasn’t any and terrible WiFi. We were told because it was Easter no room service yet we didn’t get any discount because it was Easter. A very disappointing stay to say the least "

"Location was outstanding, nice modern clean studio with kitchenette, lovely view from the balcony toward the mountains. All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming, and we were able to book an onsite carpark for an extra cost. Great stay, we would come back again. Thanks team! "
