"Everything was great except for the 9:30 housekeeping interruption. Most hotels when you have an 11:00 check out wait until after check out to do housekeeping for rooms. But other than that everything was fabulous"

"The room was clean, shower was a little iffy. I couldn’t tell if it was stains or the paint. First two nights we either had scolding hot shower water or freezing cold. The first night the water was also brown so we had to run it for awhile before it cleared. We called about the brown water first and they said they would send someone but never did. When we called the second day about the water temp, they did the same thing. The only thing the receptionist did for me when I first got in was comp my parking for the short delay of his computer. Everything else we needed assistance with was disregarded. The sheets were clean tho, that’s the most important. And the rooms had nice blackout curtains. Good price for the stay, and the water temp fixed itself on the last night."

"The staff were so helpful and sweet! The two ladies at the front desk were so considerate and kind. Only feedback is our rooms headboard was falling apart and room was a little dirty but you can tell it’s just from age of the building and not the cleaning staff. The bathroom was spotless!"

"We have stayed at this hotel for the past four years and have always appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. However, during our last few visits, we experienced delays with our room not being ready, even when we arrived well after the standard check-in time. On this visit, we were surprised to learn that guests are now required to pay for parking. This was disappointing, as it adds an unexpected expense and inconvenience. The hotel is not located in a downtown area where paid parking is typically expected, so we do not understand the reason for charging hotel guests. One of the main reasons we chose to stay at this property over the years was the convenience of complimentary guest parking. Unfortunately, this change has significantly impacted our experience. While we appreciate the excellent service provided by the staff, the introduction of paid parking has led us to decide that this will be our last stay at this location. I hope management will reconsider this policy, as it may affect the loyalty of long-term guests like us."
