We had a wonderful stay at the Swandor Hotels & Resort Topkapi Palace - All-Inclusive! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. The service throughout our visit was excellent—friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile.
The resort itself is stunning, featuring beautifully maintained gardens, clean and spacious rooms, and a fantastic variety of pools and beach areas to enjoy. The all-inclusive options were outstanding. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Swandor Hotels & Resort, Topkapi Palace - All-Inclusive. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and taken care of. The service throughout was excellent — friendly, professional, and always delivered with a smile.
The resort itself is stunning, with beautifully maintained gardens, clean and spacious rooms, and a fantastic variety of pools and beach areas to enjoy. The all-inclusive options were outstanding — plenty of delicious food choices at every meal, with something to suit everyone, and the drinks service was prompt and efficient.
We particularly appreciated how attentive the team was to every detail, making sure our experience was seamless and relaxing. It really felt like a luxury holiday thanks to the great service.
We would definitely recommend Swandor Topkapi Palace to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in a gorgeous setting. Thank you to all the staff for making our trip so special — we can’t wait to come back!

We first visited Concorde Deluxe Resort two years ago, and one of the main reasons we chose to return this year was the exceptional service provided by the Guest Relationship Manager, Tulay. Despite encountering a few minor issues during check-in, Tulay handled everything with great professionalism and care, ensuring our second stay was truly outstanding. We will definitely be back again!

Amazing place for an holiday and great food … it was really hard to get taxi’s as non of the drivers were taking any bookings .. we had to go through the hotel reception which cost us a bit extra

What a beautiful property with plenty of food and what a fabulous place to spend time with family.. All you need is your sunscreen rest they provide.
