Customer service at this hotel is superb. Nothing is too much trouble, It’s extremely clean and my room was beautiful. Very comfortable bed, modern tech and lovely breakout/coffee areas downstairs. Would def stay here again

Kept awake all night by alarm going off every 5 minutes in the room next door. Reception did not answer our internal call. Got a reply when I used my mobile.
