Buena ubicación aunque lejos del centro de Benidorm, alojamiento sin lujos pero perfecto, aparcamiento en estas fechas sin problemas.
No tiene ascensor y es un tercer piso (a tener en cuenta por aquellas personas que lo necesitan)
