"The hotel is in a convenient location to travel to Medina and Cleveland. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was hot and good! The pool area is dated, but kept up and is great for kids. The room had a kitchenette, which was very helpful. Good size refrigerator. Overall was a nice place to stay."

"Traveling from Philadelphia; staff were great, besides the young Indian woman who attempted to charge my card twice because she wasn’t paying attention. This is a customer opinion, she should not be working front desk. Upon walking in the room the carpet felt damp under my feet, room had a musty smell which indicated they do not shampoo the rugs. Linens were ok, I did strip the bed to add personal linens. I Bought cleaning agent to clean the hot tub, the jets were filled with dirt, I did not have breakfast but I saw others using it. I would not be staying here again, also the gym was the best past! Got my RDL’s in."
