"The rooms were very clean and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the heat was not as warm as should be. It was a little chilly. But we made due. Other than that, excellent."

"We ended up not staying at the hotel. When we arrived it was clear they are undergoing renovations and we didn’t want to be there during that process. Our reservation was booked with a nonrefundable rate, but the gentlemen at the front desk refunded us for our stay without hassle. We were in the area for a couple of days looking at colleges with our oldest kid. If they end up attending school nearby, we will definitely stay after the renovations are completed. "
