"We really like this hotel and have stayed there a number of times. My only complaint: there is a smell in the lobby that is like sewage. I mentioned this to staff. One said others have mentioned it. Thank god our room didn’t the smell. I was in town for a party for my mom and I told friends to stay there. They too said “why is there a sewer odor?” Corporate has got to address this!!!"
"Enjoyed our stay. Staff was nice. My only complaint was the noise from the traffic on US 223. Really loud! If we stay again we will ask for a room on the opposite side of the hotel. "
"The property is old and dated. Needs updating. Beds are extremely soft which may be a problem for people with bad backs. Parking was fine. Music was blasting in the lobby over a crackly speakers. "
"We had a large group of friends have a reunion in this house and it was an incredible space! We've had a reunion like this annually for over ten years and this is, by far, the nicest house that we've rented for it. The property appears very well cared for, the house was clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool was VERY clean and also nice and warm in April, the hot tub was hot... It was great. With 25 adults, the house was full but never felt crowded. There are so many great spaces for sub groups to connect and chat. The kitchen had everything that we expected and more. The location is incredibly peaceful, serene and private. We loved our stay and are strongly considering it again next year!"
