Staff are pleasant.
A local racist drunk appear to frequent the hotel and cause harassment. Staff ill-equipped to address drunken behaviour.
Limited breakfast options especially for alternative milk and vegetarian/vegans.
Local infrastructure work does cause noise but with appropriate times.
A fair distance from the station.

Small things: the tiny milk tubs supplied were off; and the water bottles supplied had caps that were unopenable except by breaking them. Perhaps both these items had been stored for a long time?
