"So this hotel is absolutely amazing. In order of importance: 1) It is extremely clean and well renovated (and I’m very picky). 2) The decor and design is stunning. We came around the holiday time and the Christmas decorations were like from a magazine. 3) The breakfast was delicious - lots of pound cakes, tarts, croissants, croquettes, yogurt, cereals, freshly squeezed juices, sourdough breads, fruits, etc. They also custom the eggs to your liking. 4) Customer service is top tier. The staff always took our pictures. They celebrated my son’s birthday by bringing him a cake and singing him Happy Birthday, we were so touched. Everyone there is friendly, polite, and professional. Room service is quick to service the room. I want to specifically call out André Silva, Marta Lopes, and Thaissa Monteiro for taking especially good care of my family and I during breakfast at the restaurant. They were exceptionally attentive and went above and beyond to make my son’s birthday memorable and special. We will definitely be back."

"A wonderful hotel, quiet hotel in the heart of Porto. Now out go to spot when we are in town. Out only annoyance on this trip was the hotel wanting an early check in fee of 30 euros even though our room was ready for us to occupy anyway. "

"Excellent in every regard. Brilliant hotel. Great walk along the river into the centre that adds to the excitement of visiting Porto. Port houses within metres of the hotel makes it even more wow. Balconies and terraces and the views are wonderful. The rooms and suites are very well appointed, super comfortable bed, great shower room, the mini kitchen was excellent, the minibar and snacks on another great level of care and thought. Meal and drinks very good indeed. Service was exceptional throughout. If you cannot guess by now I entirely love this hotel and has a huge recommendation from me. "
