"We were on the third floor, and there is no elevator, so it took a while to get our stuff upstairs. I have some hip and balance problems, so it was difficult to get into the shower (a raised tub with no handrails). Also, the shower did not have a place to put the soap or shampoo or conditioner provided, so I took advantage of my wife to be the "soap dish"."

Indoor pool and hot tub was very nice. My kids enjoyed the ping pong table. They have deep dish pizzas made to order in the bar area. My son did find hair in the dough of his pizza. Breakfast area was clean and comfortable, pretty basic options with no hot food available. "
