Violations may result in fines of up to three times the total reservation amount, as well as immediate termination of the stay without refund. Cancellations will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of booking; no refunds will be issued for early departures, weather conditions, or travel issues beyond our control. Additionally, interruptions in utilities such as water, gas, electricity, or internet are not grounds for refunds, as these are external factors typical of a developing city. However, we will do our best to resolve any issue as quickly as possible.
