"This place is a dream; my husband and I could not believe the privacy provided my the hillside. The pool is secluded by scrub with a view of the lake - just breathtaking. Great location, close to many small cities, hiking, and beaches. We popped into Piannotolli for the best supermarket and laundromat. "Probably one of the worse places I have stayed in 10 years. We reported issues within 2 hours of arrival. No one came to see me or tried to address anything and we left after less than 2 days. The general manager avoided me until I emailed him direct and demanded he call me. He then claimed our claims were not true and told us because we had checked in were weren’t entitled to any refunds for the two nights we didn’t stay. They take all the money upfront so we had no leverage to claim or...

"Cet hôtel est tout simplement parfait. C'est grand et on se croirait dans un ressort. Il y a deux piscines chauffées. Une avec un bar et l'autre plus tranquille, que nous avons préférée, car le décors est magnifique et fleurs et Palmiers. Le petit déjeuner inclus était vraiment excellent. Et ils ont aussi 4 bornes de recharges Eotum. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel. "
