In the municipality of Völs/ Fiè allo Sciliar in beautiful South Tyrol, the comfortable apartment "Guntschöllerhof Rotwand" welcomes you at the foot of the Schlern. The 60m² apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a safe.
A furnished balcony is also part of the apartment and offers you a fantastic panoramic view of the surrounding mountain landscape. The garden belonging to the house can be shared by all guests.
In addition to the in-house restaurant "Laitnkeller", there are 2 other restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, which can be reached on foot in 13-20 minutes (850m and 1.4km). The nearest bakery is around 6km away and you can reach a supermarket in 9 minutes (7km) by car. The nearest ski lifts and cable cars are within 20-30 minutes from the property, and Bolzano/Bozen can be visited after a 20-minute drive (15 km).

A baby crib and a high chair are available on request (no extra charge).
The in-house restaurant "Laitnkeller", which was elected Törggelebetrieb of the year 2019, is open all year round (Tuesday is a day of rest). The magazine "Bunte" named it the "Restaurant with heavenly Schlutzer". Breakfast or half board can be booked on request. The Hofschänke is closed in June and in December, in the other months guests can have breakfast for an additional cost.

Das Apartment war super, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, sehr neu renoviert und mit toller Aussicht. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und die Kommunikation einfach.

Pros: Accueil chaleureux.
Appartement situé au dessus d’une auberge proposant de la cuisine locale, bien réalisée.
L’appartement est tout neuf et très fonctionnel, la vue est époustouflante. Le jardin est agréable et les jeux pour enfants ont été appréciés.
Cons: Le seul bémol était de ne pouvoir mettre le lit bébé dans la mezzanine car trop petite. Mais pour un court séjour cela ne nous a pas posé de soucis.

Wir versuchen uns immer zurückzuhalten mit Empfehlungen für Freunde und Familie zu Ferienunterkünften, aber hier mache ich mir überhaupt keine Sorgen. Die Familie vom Gunschöllerhof ist super nett und immer hilfsbereit, alles ist zugänglich und sauber und die Umgebung perfekt um ein paar schöne Tage in den Bergen zu verbringen - ganz zu schweigen von Toni. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!
