"This is an older hotel that has been nicely updated. It was clean and bed was firm but comfortable. A hot breakfast was newly started and the eggs were better tasting than alot of other smaller hotel buffet types . Staff was very helpful and willing to help with any needs. We would stay here again."

While I understand availability issues happen, the room layout was not comfortable for my stay and did not match my expectations when booking. "Rooms were very clean, great coffee in the room. The resort(the actual area in general )is in “mud month”. Very few restaurants and stores were open. Not the fault of the resort. Refrigerator needed to be requested. The views were spectacular and the lobby was beautiful "
