Good food ok service.
Büşra on guest relations was excellent and kept in touch with us on what's app regularly. The spa organisation leaves much to the imagination! We made an appointment which didn't exist and could not be rearranged which was annoying since I had reserved it a month ago before even arriving at the hotel. In short, the food was good, the service was not the best. Not like other Rixos where I've stayed.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Rixoa premium Gocek. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.

Four nights at the Rixos
Having stayed in the Rixos back in 2018 we were very impressed on our latest trip and would consider staying there again. Staff across all parts of the resort were very friendly and efficient. The quality of food was very good with a wide range of dishes. Particularly impressed by Azur lunches.The secret beach was kept immaculately clean as were all the publi sreas and toilets across the estate. Grounds were kept clean and tidy. Very sorry to leave.

Nice hotel. Bad management. Lost something at the hotel and contacted guest relations. Had to contact guest relations and the reception several times after that. It turned out the item we lost was at a spot we had wanted them to look for but they never did. So it was never found. We called reception again for a 4th time an complained about that fact. Nobody got back to us or apologized till this day. This shows there is something wrong with the management.

The hotel is like a little village with many restaurants. İt is a beachside property however the beach for swimming is a 5 minute boatride. With boats going back and forth frequently.

If you can….STAY HERE!! Beautiful
An absolute fantastic holiday here!! We needed a break but this stay was exceptional. We stayed in a friends suit which was plenty big enough with two separate bathrooms. The room was spotless, bed super comfortable and pillows supportive but soft. Our mini bar/fridge was well stocked daily with drinks and snacks. Each night we had an amazing nights sleep. The cocktails (all drinks soft and alcoholic branded) well made and plenty of choice. The People's restaurant had a great choice of menu and food was served hot. The Turquoise was buffet and plenty of selection. The one and only complaint was sometime the dishes were not hot enough but I appreciate that is difficult to keep food warm and at the same time not to dry out. Try the evening when the sushi chef visits, very good! Definitely take the complimentary boat trip to the beach and you MUST hire a cabana for the day, excellent day spent their relaxing. The hotel staff and reception were very accommodating and the communication via WhatsApp was simple and effective. Overall an exceptional hotel and holiday....we will most definitely be looking at future stays with Rixos hotels.

My partner and I visited the Rixos Premium Gocek 17-24th October 2021 - we are both in love with the place and so grateful to the staff there for how they looked after our needs, especially Murat, Selcuk and Nizam. We booked a 7-day all inclusive stay at the hotel as a last minute break - we were looking for some sun and relaxation after a stressful year and we got everything that we were looking for. The hotel is lovely, it is located in a marina with good/big yachts (!), right on the sea front in amongst the hills and the beautiful clear turquoise sea. It is really lovely. We stayed in a Deluxe Suite (there are better rooms available) and the rooms was lovely – a good size room, lovely comfy bed, well decorated and well kept. The room’s mini-bar is included at no extra costs and had a good mix of drinks and snacks – re-stocked every day. The rooms are in two story blocks of about 10 rooms each, spaced out well and surrounded by tress – so a really nice setting. Everything is really well located – restaurants, pool, spa, gym and access to the boat to the beach. There is a gym with equipment, weights and an outside workout space – it is open early too late, with a good mix of classes everyday should you wish. We just used the equipment and weights – but I think that not all classes were running because of how late it was in the season. There is also a tennis court. The pool area is lovely, two pools - with a pool bar, but we spent most of our time on the beach. You have to

Great Hotel with very Nice facility and amazing service. However the biggest disappointment at the hotel was their Food . wasnt up to the caliber that you would expect from a Rixos , whether at the buffet or the restaurants .Food lacking taste and quality IMO.Needs improvement on that side.

Covid önlemleri beklediğimiz derecede değildi. Otel güzel konforlı fakat olağan temizlik hijyen önemlerinin dahi aksatıldığı durumlar var. Yemekler çok lezzetsiz. Ama deniz plaj oeyzaj çalışanlar olağanüstü. Birdaha ancak covid biterse geliriz. Onun dışındaki herşey için Teşeklürler.

The hotels' food & beverage is quite insufficient especially if you are a vegetarian or vegan. Unfortunately, I didn't satisfied at all since I had to eat pastry during my accommodation. Beside, the alcohol they serve is not qualified but regular ones. The nature where the hotel located is magnificent! However the ants invaded our bathroom and our bed. Our expectation was quite high about the property however it couldn't been met. We won't prefer to stay this hotel again.

Property is wonderful but staff exceptional especially at the restaurant. I loved everyone one of them. The only disappointments were related to VIP perks that didn’t include with what Expedia announced and the SPA which seemed like it needed some maintenance.

We had a blast, What a wonderful hotel. Incredible staff, Amazing food, stunning location. Our barman Yusuf by the pool was a legend. Never had such amazing service. Cocktails, fruit platters and tasty snacks were nonstop. We will be back ASAP. Thanks Guys Jason & Jelena

The facilities were lovely and the food was great. There could be more activities and the staff customer service could be improved greatly! None of the staff seemed very friendly and weren’t smiling and engaging with customers.
