Worst hotel we went to in turkey!

Would not reccomend staying here to anyone with a family. The hotel was dirty and unvlean, the highchiar provided was dirty and broke as soon as my child sat in it causing my child to hurt himself, hotel did nothing to help. The room we where given was extremely small and the balacony was unsafe, also next to sewage tank, hotel manager wouldnt change room or refund when asked. Around the pool was dirty covered in cig ends and food, the food selection was also very poor and no signs for what was in the foods for people with allergies, like my son. Hotel manager was extremely rude and unhelpful all other staff seemed scared of manager and people staying at hotel. Wouldn’t reccomend.

There is no next time!

It was not so good. The room was spacious, location was good (at the end of the main street, easy access but no loud music from the street), the beds were uncomfortable, the sheets were not so clean, there was only one bath towel although the booking was for two. The towels were practically grey and were not changed during the four days we stayed there. My sheet was not changed but turned inside out. No toiletries except two tiny hotels soaps for four days and two personsç The check-in was quite problematic, they told me I didn't have a reservation implying that the amount I paid was not consistent with their prices and that their address is No:10 instead of No:5 on hotels.com and finally they steered us to their 'sister hotel, Karbel Beach Hotel' where we were sent back to 'Karbel Hotel'. I once again showed the booking on my mobile and showed them the hotel phone number and asked if it is theirs, they finally said that they have the booking on screen just then.

Kahvaltı sorunu

Otelin konumu çok iyiydi. Odalar ve otelin geneli temizdi. Personel ilgiliydi. Havuz çok güzeldi. Ancak yemek menüsü baya yetersizdi. Özellikle kahvaltı her gün aynıydı.Sadece zeytin peynir salatalık domatesle tatili bitirdik. Ekstra hiç bir şey yoktu.

Gitmeden önce okuduğumuz yorumlar bizi çelişki de bıraksa da tüm endişelerimizin boşuna olduğunu gördük. Odası, temizliği, kahvaltısı, akşam yemeği, otelin konumu, çalışanların güler yüzlülüğü her sey mükemmeldi. Keşke yarım pansiyon konseptine en azindan alkolsuz içecekleri de ekleseler varsın günlük kişibaşı 10 lira 20 lira fazla verelim. Her sey için tekrardan teşekkür ederiz. Gideceklere birde öneri olarak bloody gorgeous du sanırım sahile inen yolda yol ortasındaki yıkıntının orada kişi başı 80 lira vererek üç günümüzü 6 adalar turu, mehtap turu, jeep safari aktiviteleri ile doldurduk.

Otelin durumu berbattı otopark sorunu başlı başına canımıza sıktı. otelin otoparkı var gözüküyordu fakat kapının önünde sadece altı arabanın sağabileceği bir alan vardı ve hiçbir zaman bu park alanında yer olmuyordu sürekli arabamızın uzak yerlere park etmek zorunda kaldık bunun dışında oda temizliği hiçbir gün yapılmadı ikinci gün yapılmadı üçüncü gün resepsiyona bildirdiğim halde sadece yatağını üstündeki pike düzeltilmişti. odada temizliğe dair hiçbir şey yoktu. İyi ki sadece oda kahvaltı almışız çünkü yemekleri de çok kötüydü. Kısacası tatilimiz berbat geçti.

Hotels.com dan odayı satın aldıktan sonra defalarca teyit için aradık, ya ilgili kişi yok denildi ya da oyle bir rezervasyonun olmadığı yanitini aldik. Gece yarisi Fethiye'ye vardigimiz ve rezervasyonumuzun olmadığı soylendigi için otele gelemedik ve 1 gece hostelde konakladik. Ertesi gün otele vardigimizda da rezervasyonumuzun olmadığını soylediler daha sonra maili gosterinde bir anda cikiverdi rezervasyonumuz. Hotels.com ile iletisime gectik ve eksik gununuzu de kalisimizi bir gun uzatarak telafi ettiler. Hotels.com bu konuda cok yardimci oldu. Hizmet berbat, temiz havlu istedik, 3 günde bir değişim yapılıyor denildi. Odalarda su bile bırakılmamış, çarşaflarlar havlular hep lekeli, temizlikciler sabahın 8-9undan itibaren uyutmuyorlar, surekli bagirismalar, "emineee emineeee" diye birbirlerine seslenmeler. tebessüm nedir bilmeyen personeller, kisacasi hayatimda kaldığımız en berbar oteldi. Olumlu yönleri de sunlar, konumu harika, peyzaj düzenlemesi harika yapılmış, havuzu iyi.

yeri kolay ve harika

ağırlama ve güler yüzlülük çok güzeldi. Otel bloklar halinde olduğundan dolayı blokların konumunu önceden incelemekte ya da kalınacak yeri önceden öğrenebilmek güzel olurdu. ayrıca yoğun dönemde otopark sıkıntısı yaşanabiliyor o nedenle tavsiyem gözünüzü açık tutun.
