This hotel offers everything you need shoppings, restaurants, and most importantly it’s 2 min walk from the beach. The reception guy named Ali he is very nice and friendly definitely. Overall I recommend this hotel especially when you have kids.

Best location in Oludeniz hotels, old furniture
The hotel was convenient in terms of the location. Right on oludeniz beach exactly where all the stores and the activities are. The hotel itself is pretty much a backyard of a coffee place with rundown furniture. The hotel was convenient for a one night stay to do the paragliding and enjoy the water. Public beach but I believe no hotel has a private beach in Oludeniz

Durak rules!
Excellent location with special emphasis: not more than 200 meters to the beach; very friendly and helpful team; the room is rather small but there is an excellent outside small patio where in the evenings you can sip delicious Turkish wine and enjoy the marvelous beauty of gorgeous Turkish June nights! Overall, very positive impressions! Thank you, Bilal and the whole team!

The property's triple room is very cosy and nice gardening. But the area is too noisy until late, generally very pushy people everywhere try to sell you something, and creepy, dodgy men following you after dark. Its a shame as the nature and the beach are beautiful. Overall the whole experience was disappointing.

Superb stay
This place really got my heart. The staff was amazing and really helpful, and they are really friendly. The room was nice with a cute view on the little garden. The breakfast was pretty good. And the location was perfect, 3 mins away from oludeniz plaji. I loved it, and I would highly recommend it.

The room is a disaster. It is only big to fit a bed. There is no power outlet in the room. Bathroom door is so short (bathroom is one step up from the room) that we hit our head to the case several time and i am still in pain. The owner did not care about my concern with the and my request for the room change.

The location was superb. The hotel left a lot to be desired. The person who met us at the hotel was on the phone and didn’t speak any English. He showed us our room and just left us there unable to get in as the lock was damaged. We had to wait an hour for a locksmith after a long flight and 1.5 hr trip to hotel, we were shattered, two half eaten pies in the bedside drawers. A broken shower holder so it could only be used by hand, broken shower tiles, flying insects on the breakfast cheeses, meat and jams. Very disappointing and something never encountered before.

Small smelly dark room.
The rooms were small, smelly and dark. We left after 1 night despite having booked 2. Life’s too short to stay in places like this when there’s no need to. For same price there are much better offers in same area.

위치가 좋은 호텔
올류데니즈 해변에 가까히 위치해 있어서 접근성이 매우 좋습니다. 주인장 또한 매우 친절하여 편하게 묵을 수 었습니다. 벗 췅결 면에서 쥔촤 솔음 도둠, 무낲에 박휘벌례 죠따 큰거 있었고 내 인생에서 일허케나 큰 그걸 못 보고 봘바 붜림. 봥도 구냥 개뮈천국 자는 내내 솔움돋을게이 이만저만 아니었음. 쥔장봐서는 좋은 말 온리 쓰고 싶다. 벗 울히 한쿡 살함들 쵸큼 둬나은 좋은 환경에서 묵으셰효 :)

Ali faz a diferença!
O hotel é muito bem localizado, mas sem conforto algum. O recepcionista, Ali, incrível! Prestativo, sorridente e gentil. O café da manhã servido por ele, muito bom. Com um pouco de capricho o local poderia ficar incrível.

La ubicación a la playa es perfecta! El personal es agradable… pero solo es bueno para quedarse una noche o dos como máximo. El baño es muy pequeño! La habitación está regular y eso que estaba en una “standard”, deben mejorar las instalaciones. La regadera fatal!

Mütevazi ve az konforlu bir yer olmasına rağmen; -Personel çok ilgiliydi. Özellikle ALİ -Temizlik çok iyi idi. -Yemek yoktu ama bilerek geldik ve çaresini çevreden sağladık Netice olarak bulunduğu yer itibari ile ekonomik, temiz ve ilgi zengini bir işletmedir.

positiva...i gestori disponibili affabili sempre con il sorriso.. pronti ad offrire un te... colazione abbondante... pulizie giornaliere della camera con cambio della biancheria. raccomando questa struttura anche per la posizione perfetta vicina al mare e alla stazione dei bus ma staccata dalla zona affollatissima anche se eravamo fine stagione.

Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal
Sehr saubere Zimmer und sehr hoffentliche Personal. Jeden Tag frisches und leckeres Essen. Das Hotel ist sehr nah an Ölüdeniz ca. 5 geh Minuten und die Partymeile ist ca. 15 geh Minuten vom Hotel entfernt.

Denize çok yakın bir konumda
Gelmeden bir çok oteli inceledim. Amacınız harika konum ve temiz bir oda ise tam anlamıyla isabetli bir seçim, heryere 2 dakika. Otel ve Restaurant fiyatı bölgeye göre çok uygun harika bir kahvaltı cana yakın personel, tavsiye ederim.

Oda çok küçüktü. Tuvalet kokuyordu. Kahvaltı serpme diye geliyor fakat tatlıdan başka bişey yok. Bölge çok iyi fakat çok pahalı. Otelin de daha iyi olmasını isterdim

Konaklama ücreti ile otelin standartları arasında dağlar kadar fark var öncelikle. Gelelim asıl mevzuya oda da özellikle banyoda çok ağır bir koku vardı. Hotels.com dan gelen check-in işleminden memnun musunu epostasını yanıtladım. Ve odaların “leş” gibi koktuğunu belirttim. Zaten bütün akşamı balkonumsu sert ve pis örümcek ağı saran bir masa ve her tarafınızın tutulmasına sebep olacak bir koltukta geçirdik. En son her tarafımız tutulunca içeri geçtik. İçerde yataktan bişey de Yoktu zaten ve yastık kılıflarında çarşafta lekeler vardı. Her neyse akşam 10.00 sularında kapımız yumruklandı gelen sevgili yöneticiye benzeyen mafyavari bir adamdı. Hotels.com a yaptığımız şikayetin etik olmadığını ve tam iki kere beğenmediyseniz çıkın cümlesini kurdu. Herşey bir tarafa hiç bu kadar iğrenç bir yönetim görmedim. Her yerde siyah çöp poşetlerinin içine tıkılmış kirli çarşaflar vardı. Balkonda oturunca izlediğiniz manzara da doğa değil çöplüktü. Verdiğiniz parayı hak etmiyor.

Öncelikle üslübünüz ve tavrınız hiç hoş değil. Anlayabileceğiniz üslüpla anlatayım Karşılamada vermiş olduğunuz yorum gereği odanıza yardımcı olmak için geldiğimizde eşiniz veya erkek arkadaşınızın nacizane hali belliydi. Yorumda bahsettiğiniz hiç bireyi düzeltme isteyemediniz beyefendinin durumu idare edin lütfen beyanı unutulur değil. Satın aldığız sitede sunulan beyanı hiç birinden eksik bir hizmet sunulmamıştır sizin için. Geldiğiniz bölge de şezlong şemsiye fiyatı 45 TL iken kalmış oldunuz fiyat kişi başı kahvaltı dahil100 TL dir. Denize 1 dakikalık mesafede bir otelin daha çok standart sunan otellerde konaklaya bilmeniz için 1300 TL vermeniz gerekmekte. Seçim sizin eğer vermiş olduğunuz rakamı yüksek görüyorsanız hala tatil yapabilecek ekonomiye sahip değilsiniz demektir. Sizleri nezaketen ağırladık uğurladık. Ertesi günaranızda yapmış oldunuz kavganın izaatini yan odaya yapmak zorunda kaldık. Anlayışla karşılayıp insanlık hali dediler. Bilinçli ve yeterli bütçeyle tekrar tatil yapmanız dileğiyle.

Odalar çok küçük aslında otel diyorlar ama bence pansiyon resepsiyondaki hanım ve otelin müdürü çok cana yakın ama diğer çalışanlar sanki zorla çalışıyor denizede sıfır değil foto yanıltıcı ancak deniz mükemmel dolayısıyla sizi yumuşatıyor
