"Çok kaliteli bir yerdi. Aşçısıyla, personeliyle, işletme müdürüyle güleryüzlü insanların olduğu bir işletme. Sanırım bugüne kadar kaldığım bu segment konaklama yerlerinin en iyisiydi. "Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits chez Mutlu. L'emplacement est superbe. C est un petit coin de paradis. Le jardin est magnifique et bien entretenu. La piscine est privative, grande et très propre. L'accueil est discret mais excellent. Tout est fait pour qu on s y sente bien. La maison est grande et très propre. Tout le matériel de cuisine est disponible. Bref, le séjour était parfait et reposant. Nous recommandons vivement...."

"Villa Kayahan is very well maintained with a fabulous pool area. The villa is very spacious and can easily accommodate up to 8 people with separate en suites for each bedroom. Only thing worth noting is that it is a longer than perhaps expected walk to the town/restaurants etc for eating out so we used taxis to and from (approx 100 TL each way). There is a good local shop for all basic needs approx a 10 minute walk away. Very good comms with the owner. "

"This is a lovely Villa it has everything you need. Lovely location 5 min walk to local shops and restaurants 10 min walk to main area Hisaranu, easy 10 min bus ride from top of road from Villa to Oludeniz and Fethiye great service. We stayed October 24 and Mark and Colin could not have been better hosts."
