"The townhouse was very clean which is a huge plus for me. Location was conveniently close to a lot of things also. The layout of the townhouse was a little strange. The room with 3 beds in the pictures, was made to be the primary room with a large shower and bathroom, which our boys shared. That being said, we stayed in another room with only 1 bed as the parents and had to share the jack and jill bathroom with our daughter. So not super convenient, quiet, or private. 2 Beds in the individual rooms are super low to the ground, like 2ft. Not much water pressure if that’s important. Furniture in the living area was not comfortable. Automatic hall lights and automatic bedroom door closers were not a great feature- slammed the doors and way too bright if someone got up early or stayed up later. This wasn’t a terrible place, needs a little attention to detail to make it great. 5 stars for being clean though! "

"We booked this house to attend a family memorial nearby. We had 7 adults and the home had plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and space. The home was very clean and well appointed with kitchen, bathroom and cleaning essentials. It is a 5 minute walk to the community pool, workout room, game room and cafe. We played mini golf and had ice cream. There is a Publix and some fast food locations nearby and it has easy access to I-4. Communication was great, we had a slight hiccup with the wifi password and we heard back within minutes. We would definitely recommend. "

"The lay out, the atmosphere was jus great ... Only thing was having trouble with was the wifi connection but other than that i we had an amazing stay .... I had forward this rental to others that love it here ... again thank you very much "

"I have so much to say about this property/owner.The response in my concerns was fairly quick; however my concerns were not taken care of or compensated for: We arrived late on Wednesday - Florida was chilly in the low 40's. The condo seemed cold it was 68...I turned it up and went to bed - we woke up and it was 66. We left for the day I assumed it was programed and didn't think too much into it at the time. Upon returning late Thurs evening it was 63 in there and it was so cold both inside and out. I texted the host and they responded I sent pics and had already tried everything they suggested. However, I said we would bundle up if they could have someone there first thing. To be nice & save them an after-hour service call. They agreed - then they texted and it turned to late afternoon so tech we froze for 3 days....by that time I found breaker box and fixed the tripped breaker, told them to cancel the service call. They so kindly only offered to compensate me 45. I saved them A LOT in an after hours service call & not having to make a service call at all. We froze for 3 days-that is all they are willing to compensate us!!Upstairs shower was clogged so you stand in dirty shower water.The light above the shower flickers off/on. We had a bad GFI in the kitchenThe lamps in the lower master have electrical tape around them. But no answer why - fire hazard?FYI-Entire back sliding doors is just a sheer see through curtain-no privacy."

"Host was great easy to get in contact with if needed and responded quickly. The house was just perfect. Clean and roomy. Kids enjoyed playing and on the game system. All was nice and calm area. "

"The property is fine not luxury, the linens provided are not up to a luxury category!! There are not enough bed linens, table lamps with burned bulbs, the utensils provided are the cheapest not enough toilet paper, only 3 trash bags for the kitchen, 3 dishwashers soap, 3 little hand soaps...all that for a 9 people occupancy home for a week?? Back yard is open, only one back fence with sides open so not good for pets.Host and management co are very nice and helpful but that is not enough."
