Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I had my riad changed to the Riad Mounana, owned and managed by the same folks, as they were doing some work on the Saphir Bleu, so I’ll describe my experience there, knowing it’s a sister property managed by the same people. I really enjoyed staying at this riad, which is located right in the heart of the Medina. The folks running it were very friendly and super helpful, going out of their way to be helpful, which I very much appreciated. They spoke good English, as well as French, and really made my short stay enjoyable and relaxed. From the outside, the riad is just a door in the wall, but on the inside it is lavish and expansive, and very tranquil, as well as beautifully decorated. They offer some great services, including very tasty food, which I also appreciated. I liked my room, which was a good size. Five stars, and I’d defintely stay there again.
