This Riad was beautiful and we were taken aback by the stunning hand carved doors and architecture. The staff, location, and rooms were all fantastic and we would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Riad Marjana was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed by the staff, especially the two cousins, each named Hamza. Thank you to you both! The riad is a stunning oasis in the medina, close to a street entrance, making it convenient and easy to find. The breakfasts were delicious and the courtyard and decor beautiful. I highly recmmend this riad for your visit to Fez.

Extremely clean, amazing service! The staff and owners went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and even upgraded us for free for absolutely no reason. Breakfast was also extremely delicious and they have laundry services as well. Car parking was also included (2 min walk). DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

Fes and Meknes for the long week-end

Very well located Riad but, is not also a SPA as announced. Also when I booked the confirmation showed check-out at 2 pm but, at the hotel they requested the room back at noon, which would be normal if HOTEL-CA had not confirmed as at 2 pm. Breakfast typical and humble. The place has been recently renovated, apparently new but, they lack in experience to provide a high standard of service.

El Riad es una excelente opción en cuanto a ubicación, alrededor hay muchos restaurantes, cafeterías, la Medina y todas los spots de turismo. En cuanto a instalaciones, la parte de restaurante es muy linda, la alberca muy bonita! La habitación es cómoda, pero el baño es muy chico y un poco sucio. El personal muy amable y pendiente de nosotros en todo momento

«Faites comme chez vous » voici ce qu’on nous a dit à notre arrivée. Nous avons diner dans le riad et on a mangé comme si Maman avait cuisiné c’était incroyablement bon. De la cuisine maison avec amour et générosité. Les deux jeunes hommes ont prit soin de nous et on était bienveillant comme des freres. La chambre est chaleureuse confortable et propre. Le linge sent bon la lessive comme a la maison. Le riad est tres propre, parfaitement entretenu et tres sécurité. « Faites comme chez vous » c’est ce que l’on fait naturellement car on se sent à l’aise et en sécurité le tout dans le plus grans respect. Le riad est parfaitement situé, au calme mais pas loin des marchands. Ne cherchez pas ailleurs c’est ici un bout de chez soi au Maroc. Merci pour ce beau sejour dans votre magnifique Riad. Riad magnifique et service parfait, c'est un riad familial ainsi que le personnel qui y travail. Ils sont tous adorable. Nous avons fait un hammam gommage de 45 mn parfait. La chambre était spacieuse par contre toute petite salle de bain et lit très très ferme 😩 mais chambre très propre. Il manque vraiment des transat sur la terrasse mais normalement ils doivent remédier à ça. Le riad est a 10 mn à pied de la porte bleue, si vous avez des difficultés à marcher ça fait un peu loin. Nous recommandons ce Riad.

Massage réalisé par la femme de chambre

Le Ryad était sympa mais attention aux services. Nous avions notamment réservé un hammam massage. Ce dernier a été réalisé par la femme de chambre et un homme de service, sans hammam et pour 35 euros les 30 minutes. Quand nous avons fait part de notre mécontentement, le responsible nous a expliqué que c'était l'esprit famille. Mais qu'il nous remerciait d'avoir partagé nos remarques.

This is our second trip to Fez, so we knew what to expect. We also stayed in a Riad last time and this one was grander and much bigger. It is situated in a good location in terms of access to the medina and for traveling outside of it. There are several good restaurants options nearby and the breakfast offered at the Riad is very good. The staff were excellent they even ordered us a pizza the night we got in as it was so late! There was only one negative. We hired a guide so that our friends we were with could learn about Fez and get that part of the experience, but the guide they provided was more interested in taking us to his mates to buy stuff than educating us on his city. On our first trip we were spoiled and the guide we had was excellent and yes he too was obliged to take us to the crafts shops but, he spent more time telling us about Fez and than trying to get us to buy. In the end, we did our own tour with the help of google maps and curiosity and it was infinitially better than the one we paid for. If you hire a guide make sure they are more educational than on a commission as it will enrich your trip all the more.
