The staff at Maison Adam were definitely the highlight. I arrived a little out-of-sorts trying to find the place, and Marbouh and Mohammed went above and beyond to get me situated with parking and check-in. Once I was settled in they made my stay comfortable with advice, directions, and good breakfasts. My room was cozy and neat, and the bathroom was the nicest in Morocco. The location is very desirable, as well.

Overall very excellent value for the money. There was one staff member who spoke English well who was very friendly, accommodating, and genuine (I wish I could remember his name). I had two different rooms, the carpet was not at all clean in the first room.

滞在前の確認が無難

冷房あり、ドライヤーありで絞って検索して泊まりましたがどちらもありませんでした。 ドライヤーはスタッフの方の私物を最終日のみ借りましたが、何かと不便でした。 また、毎日部屋のクリーニングがあるとの記載でしたがありませんでしたのでこちらの評価と致します。

Comodo al centro, ma......

Recensione difficile. Partiamo dalle note positive: carino, proprietario gentile,almeno fino ad un certo punto. Negative: stanze a piano terra decisamente migliori, ma impossibile dormire, strepiti e urla fino alle 3 del mattino. Colazione decente,nulla di più, mai avuto succo di arancia che ho trovato ovunque, un solo e poca tipo di marmellata,caffè quasi imbevibile. La nota più dolente: la prima notte, in una stanza all’ultimo piano con un odore di fogna insopportabile,sono stata massacrata e riempita di punture. Ho tirato fuori il mio sacco-lenzuolo è la mattina ho trovato 2 insetti che ingranditi sembravano cimici dei letti. Mangiata anche in viso e sugli occhi. Evidentemente sono allergica a questi insetti, ma c’erano. Il proprietario si è scusato, ma mi è dispiaciuto che anche nei giorni seguenti accusasse quasi me di averli portati, me o i precedenti inquilini. Può essere(anche se per quanto mi riguarda li avrei avuti anche nella stanza in cui mi ha trasferito) ma non è comunque il modo di comportarsi. La stanza non era pulita, a terra ho trovato pezzi di carta di una merendina quindi non era stata ben pulita e anche sulle lenzuola ho qualche dubbio. A fronte di una notte completamente in bianco e braccia e viso massacrati debbo dire che a fine soggiorno mi ha omaggiato un pacchetto di te....... Può non averne colpa,ha insistito sul fatto che nella camera c’è tutto in metallo proprio per evitare,possono averli portati chi ha soggiornato prima di me, ma poteva evitare

Very friendly staff.

Pretty little hotel, close to the Medina. Staff were lovely and very attentive. All sights of the city easily reached from hotel.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour(7nuits) chez maison Adam. Personnel se pliant en 4 pour répondre à toutes nos demandes. De bon conseil pour visiter la médina et les alentours. Petit déjeuner copieux dans une ambiance typique marocaine dans un riad de qualité pour un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Riad idéalement situé à 5 minutes à pied du coeur de la médina. Je vous recommande à 200% ce lieux. Siham et tarek seront vous faire apprécier votre séjour.
