Perched on a hillside above the medina, the property commands some of the most spectacular views in Morocco — the kind you don't want to stop looking at. We traveled as a family of three, with our 4-year-old son, and were consistently impressed by how thoughtfully the staff catered to all of us. They were friendly and professional without being stiff, and showed a genuine warmth that is hard to find. We ate at multiple restaurants during our stay and every single meal delivered — creative menus, excellent quality, and beautiful settings. It never felt like we needed to leave the property to eat well, though Fes itself offers plenty of culinary adventures too. "Great gym, room was dated, curtains didn't work, and there was sitting water on the balcony that made the smell terrible. The fragrance they pump in the lobby is extremely overpowering, if have to hold my breath or I would sneeze. Breakfast was great and staff we very nice!"
