"We were made welcome from the minute we arrived with great communication between ourselves and the hosts. The flat was beyond our expectation and was wonderful in all aspects. Size enormous, balconies galore, perfect location as central to everything, max 15 minute walk to the most distant supermaket or restaurant and 1 to 2 minutes to the nearest. The most important comment to make is that the view from the flat is a joy to wake up to and to spend an evening in the sun on one of the balconies with a glass of wine and that view is perfect. The flat was equipped to cover everything we needed and we cannot praise the flat and Luino enough for the pleasure it brought us. We stayed there 28 days and loved every hour of it. Thank you."

"I really could not fault this stay. We checked in late due to a late flight and they went out of their way to make sure this wasn’t a problem. The location was amazing with great views. The room was large and the breakfast was excellent and changed every day. I honestly could not rate this hotel high enough, nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. "

It's in a great area, two minutes walking from the Embarcadero that has the ferries to Isola Bella and Isola Bella. Grand classical hotel. Great staff, nice bar, outdoor restaurant, etc"

"The view is spectacular and changes every minute with the sun, clouds, water, and mountains. The apartment was perfect in every way for our family of 6 and the location was excellent for day trips by car, train, and ferry. Secure free parking, and very attentive hosts are a bonus. "
