"Excellent location downtown with quick access to the Spa Baths. Modern facility, quiet, nice rooms, extremely clean. Wonderful breakfast, pleasant bar and attractive menu for lunch and dinner good bar although we did not eat there. Friendly and very professional personnel. Prices were very reasonable although we visited in the low season. Highly recommended."

"Well. A good location once we realised the rear entrance (kept a secret by the hotel!) took us closer to the town's action than did the front door! Excellent breakfast choices, and very intelligent coffee machines in the breakfast lounge! Not sure why the hotel advertised its sister hotels in the group as if we'd shift hotel during our stay? Car parking very convenient and secure just across the road at the front: forget the valet parking. Oh yes, you probably won't find the hotel first time as its entrance is hidden behind half a dozen rental/ airport hire vehicles all the time... It's a pain trying to circumnavigate this fleet to get yourself and your cases in the front door."

"Great location, near a tram line, restaurants, stores and the historic area, not to mention la Montagne de Bueren. The room is spacious, though I was not a fan of the separate toilet. Great walk in shower. Friendly staff. Breakfast is available though I did not take it. There is a room safe."
