The street where the property is located, like the nearly parallel Via Vittoria, is part of the medieval core of the city of the House of Este, and between 1627 and 1859 it was part of the Jewish ghetto of Ferrara



The space is divided as follows:

DINING AREA: kitchenette equipped with a microwave, moka pot, washing machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, and a dining table for two people.

SLEEPING AREA: double bed.

BATHROOM: shower stall, bidet, hair dryer, and sink.



OTHER AMENITIES: unlimited Wi-Fi, iron, and ironing board.

Independent heating with a heat pump and split-system air conditioning.

TRANSPORTATION:

- From Ferrara Station, you can take bus no. 1, 6, or 9 to the Giovecca Montebello stop, a 5-minute walk from the property;

- From Bologna Marconi Airport, you can reach the property in 40 minutes by car or taxi. Alternatively, you can take the shuttle to Bologna Central Station, continue by train to Ferrara Station, and then take bus no. 1, 6, or 9 to the Giovecca Montebello stop, a 5-minute walk from the property;

- For those travelling by car, the apartment is located within the restricted traffic zone (ZTL). Paid parking is available at the Baluardi or Kennedy car parks, and free parking is available along Viale Baluardi and in the Ex Mof area.



The apartment is located within the ZTL (Restricted Traffic Zone), so you will be asked to provide your number plate number to gain access using the access pass that will be sent to you on the day of check-in.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

ESummer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
