From personal and friendly pick-up at the airport by our host, to superb breakfast buffet in a glass garden room, featuring house-made specialties (such as fruit sauce made from grapes in the garden), and carefully appointed room in historic building in an interesting, walkable neighborhood outside of central bustle, but a 5 minute walk to all sights."

"The accommodation was easy to locate and very comfortable. The owners were very welcoming and attentive and provided an excellent breakfast far beyond the normal expectations of a B&B. Access to Ferrara was quite simple and there was an excellent restaurant nearby for those not wanting to go into the city to eat. A very useful 'tourist' pack was provided on arrival with up to date information of events and attractions."

"It was my second time staying at this hotel. I returned this year because I enjoyed my stay before. Bicycles are available. Safe and secure location. I believe the rooms were once apartments that were converted into hotel rooms, so they are spacious, they have a kitchenette and a very sturdy door. The hotel staff is very nice. Great communication."

"We were warmly welcomed by Paolo and his father who were charming and very helpful. The room was huge but rather gloomy and dark with all indirect lighting. The bathroom was large and the shower excellent. Breakfast was a simple affair but with delicious bread and home-made conserves. No cappuchinos available. "I have used this facility many times. Staff is extremely gentle and attend to client's needs. Rooms are equipped with all it is need for a hotel of this category. Nice shower, good variety of TV channels but only in italian and good bed. Breakfast exceeded my expectation especially for a Best Western. A plus is the free parking and the vicinity to the Highway. City Center is just 5 minutes drive and there are plenty of parking (paying) around. The hotel also offers bikes service, I believe,...

"Room large and comfortable, and well maintained. It was good to have a shower and a bath, although the bath water was not very warm in the evening, and the shower not very powerful. Breakfast basic but adequate. The position of the hotel could not have been better and the staff were very helpful. Overall this was excellent value for money."
