"This is an older hotel. Check in was 3 pm. We got there a little after 3pm. No one at front desk. Waited over 5 minutes and then housekeeping went to find someone for us. Rooms fairly clean but worn looking. Mattresses were very soft (old?). Dust build-up on air conditioning unit. Breakfast was part of the deal. Went down for breakfast a little after 7am. No scramble eggs in pan. Orange juice and cranberry juice dispenser empty. Found person responsible for taking care of breakfast visiting with person at front desk. Had to ask if there was any more food for breakfast. By the time she brought out more, we had to leave. We stayed the night on May 5th and were supposed to stay on our return on May 11th. After our experience here, we decided to drive straight home ( a 14 hour drive) rather than stay here again. Would not recommend this place to anyone."

"The property was in a very questionable area and my covtraveller was approached by a prostitute. The room smelled terribly like smoke. Will not stay again."

I had to check out at 6 and the complimentary breakfast wasn’t ready yet so I can’t taste that but the area where it’s served is very nice and inviting and clean. When in Reno on business again and I need a place to stay, I definitely will choose this hotel. "

"Staff were very friendly at check in, my biggest issue was the room wasn’t very clean. Jets in the tub were full of black residue, hair and the shower curtain smelled like wet dog. Location is great and if room was cleaner I would stay again."
